Viva Las Vandy!
Feb. 15, 2012—I realized the other day that I neglected to post about Viva Las Vandy!–an event that transformed the Commons Center into Las Vegas last Friday night. (Actually, it was the Friday before that, but I can’t bring myself to get rid of that link.)
A Visit From My Parents
Feb. 15, 2012—This weekend, in addition to all of the Gameday madness, I was lucky enough to spend time with my parents! My parents flew in from Miami on Saturday morning and stayed until Monday evening.
Slowing down a bit
Feb. 13, 2012—So after a truly memorable weekend with watching our ladies’ basketball team beat the Lady Vols, hosting “ESPN College Gameday“, and putting up an unbelievable fight against UK in the men’s basketball game Saturday night–all on little to no sleep–a lazy Sunday was much needed.
Weekend Home
Feb. 13, 2012—I’ve already been up 5 hours and the day is young. No, I wasn’t cramming for a test or finishing up a paper, but rather driving 3 hours back from Knoxville. This past weekend, I went home and got to sleep in my own bed!
