Catch The Green Bird
Nov. 3, 2011—Last weekend was not only Halloween, but also opening weekend of The Green Bird, performed by Vanderbilt University Theatre. Because I’m a Theatre minor currently taking Theatre 100: Fundamentals of Theatre, I had to usher and attend one performance and then write an analysis (which I’ll do as soon as I’m done with this blog…).
Goodbye Pre-med, Hello Possibilities!
Nov. 3, 2011—My consistent indecisiveness leads me to a drastic change in my future… and I really couldn’t be happier!
Going Home (With my Roommate)
Nov. 2, 2011—Tomorrow afternoon, I will be flying home to bright and sunny Florida. This time though, I am not going to my own home in Miami Beach. I’m going to Tampa with my roommate and together with her family, we will be driving to Gainesville for the Vandy/ Florida game.

I Love Variations
Nov. 2, 2011—You know when you’re just having a rough week and all you need is a little break to renew your spirits? I found my secret weapon for getting through a busy schedule.
Bring On the Fall
Nov. 2, 2011—So, there are two things that I know I’m not: 1) A morning person and 2) a fan of cold weather. Today, I faced my fears.
Best Ice Cream Ever
Oct. 30, 2011—“You’ve never been to Jeni’s?! What is wrong with you?” This is how I started my Friday night. When my friend Stephanie found out that I had never been to her favorite ice cream place before, she demanded that I get in her car immediately so we could fix this problem.
Halloween Downtown
Oct. 30, 2011—This weekend, a friend had a few visitors from out of town to show around. While we did spend a lot of time introducing these people to Vanderbilt and student life here, we decided to go exploring downtown Saturday night and see all the Halloween festivities downtown.
Halloweekend
Oct. 30, 2011—Even though we’re over the age of 12, college kids still like to dress up for Halloween. If anything, we might be especially excited for this holiday because we can take a break from our stressful lives and remember being a kid.
A Heartbreaking Loss
Oct. 29, 2011—Today was a sad day for Vanderbilt football. We lost to No. 10 Arkansas by a score of 28-31. Despite the score, I’d say that we have a lot to be proud of.
