Apr. 9, 2011—I just left Pancake Pantry. I had a 4:15 reservation. You are probably wondering how this is possible when the restaurant closes at 4. Not only this, but even when the restaurant is open, they do not take reservations. People line up around the block to eat at the Pantry.

Formal Weekend

Apr. 5, 2011—This evening, I went to see Tim Gunn speak at the Langford Auditorium here at Vanderbilt. Tim Gunn is a fashion consultant best known for his mentorship to competing designers on the hit TV show Project Runway. He’s also Liz Claiborne’s chief creative officer and the author of two books.

Juggleville
Apr. 4, 2011—Last weekend, I went to see Juggleville at Langford Auditorium here on campus. A bunch of my friends were performing as members of JPAC (the Juggling and Performing Arts Club on campus). The show was incredible and was so much fun to watch.
Not A Piece Of Cake
Apr. 4, 2011—I didn’t expect college to be a piece of cake. I mean let’s face it: this is Vanderbilt. I came in expecting a challenge, and I certainly got one! Don’t get me wrong, and don’t even think I’m complaining, because being challenged is a lot easier with professors like Professor Van Schaack.
RIP Kevin Putney – you will be missed
Apr. 3, 2011—This past week, a Vanderbilt student by the name of Kevin Putney passed away. No official statement has been released about how he died. I did not know Kevin, but I had friends who did.
