Kylie,
I know this is a question that should be directed to the financial aid office but I applied EDII and I realize the FAFSA deadline has passed. I told my mom the deadline was the fifth though she was adamant on the fact that we didn’t have to turn it in until I got accepted. So long story short I finally convinced her so she is turning it in tonight. Will it be too late for me to get financial aid assistance?

Aimee: February 5th is the priority deadline, but you are not prevented from receiving need-based aid if you missed the deadline. Given your situation, you will likely not receive an estimated financial aid packet with your admit letter (if admitted), rather it will come in the mail several weeks later. Hope this helps calm the nerves in your household!
