    I’m so nervous and scared but I’m glad to know that the decision letter comes in small envelope…I would freak out if I didn’t know.

    I’m not sure if you can answer this question, but what was the acceptance rate for early decision I this year?

    well the ED acceptance rate last year was 40%.. they got 30% more ED applicants this year so it probably dropped to the 30-35% range

    What about for international students? It says on the website that the Admissions staff would send an email?

    well the commons house less people than the incoming class last year had; there are 100 less spots in the freshmen class. They’re shrinking the student body, they want to become a better ranked school. I can’t get in

    My friend and I both received rejection letters, what is going on at the admissions office? We were both in top 5% of our class, one of us receieved only 1 B, the other no B’s, low 700’s on the SAT scores. Something is wrong!

    i think a bunch of people from the northeast are still waiting for letters. not sure why.

    It’s a shame colleges have become so competitive with who can have the lowest acceptance rates. It’s not fair to the students.
