Reunion Amidst Millions
Jun. 28, 2013—I closed out my May adventures by visiting some family in New York for a week. And along with family, I had a little reunion with a recent Vanderbilt alumnus as well!

Jun. 19, 2013—As Caitlyn mentioned in her post, we're trying to do something new, fun, and inexpensive in Nashville each weekend. Our first weekend brought us to a free movie at the Belcourt, and on Sunday we ventured downtown to brave the crowds to catch a free CMAFest concert by the river--we saw Lonestar and then wandered around downtown where the streets were shut down and there were tons of free giveaways and fun happenings.
The National Music Festival
Jun. 17, 2013—Two weeks flew by at the National Music Festival. This two-week program is located in quaint little Chestertown, where the locals live in beautiful old houses by the waterfront. Host families and Washington College generously housed the hundred students who all came with full tuition and housing scholarships from all over the United States and abroad.
