I, tragically, have not had much time to do so at school this semester so when I came home and heard we were in need of a Thanksgiving dessert, I readily volunteered to make one. The added kicker? One of our guests is gluten-free. Challenge accepted.

Nov. 28, 2013—It's Thanksgiving, and I've just consumed far too much delicious food (my family eats early). Thanksgiving has caused me to be a bit nostalgic and think over the past couple of years, and my time at Vanderbilt is definitely a huge part of what I'm thankful for this year!
