When Your Mom Visits (Version 2.0)

Jul. 10, 2013—As I mentioned earlier, my mom was here this past week! Whenever my mom comes, we try and do some exploring--either a new part of town, or Nashville classics that I might not always have a chance to get to during the school year. Thus, I present to you a list of the things my mom and I did while she was here this time. Consider it your own personal list of things to do when you visit Nashville.

Jul. 10, 2013—Has the dorm-shopping craze hit your town/stores/formerly-sane friends yet, first years? Then you not-so early birds can get one too. Anyways, here are a few of my essentials so you eager-beavers can get started shooting those scanning guns and pillaging your local home goods stores. Tips for First-Years

Jul. 9, 2013—After my own first year at Vanderbilt, I kind of forgot about the anxiety and anticipation that leads up to move-in. What Now?

Jun. 29, 2013—If I am being honest, my blogging has been quite sporadic this summer. I am usually a regular blogger and I try to set a posting schedule for myself each semester. Thus far this summer, however, I have been traveling, which has left me with inconsistent internet access. Both of my trips were absolutely amazing (thank you parents!), but now I am back stateside for the foreseeable future. There is only one thing left for me do to this summer: apply to medical school.
